Please arrive at 6:45 pm, in time to settle before the start at 7pm. We end the practice at 9pm.

Programme
A typical Evening of Mindfulness consists of silent, guided and walking meditation, listening to a Dharma talk, and mindful sharing. Participants do not need previous experience in meditation.
Cost
The suggested donation is £5 but it can be more or less, according to your financial situation. The money is mainly needed to pay the rent for the venue and to support other Sangha activities.
