Heart of London Sangha

 

We meet every Saturday morning in the Friends Meeting House near Trafalgar Square, between Leicester Square and Charing Cross Tube stations.   The entrance is at number 8 Hop Gardens, which is the lane that runs off St Martin’s Lane

Mats, cushions and chairs are available

Please arrive at 10.15,to allow  time to settle before the start at 10.30

A typical morning consists of silent, guided and walking meditation, listening to a Dharma talk and mindful sharing

The programme ends at 1.00 pm

On the 2nd and 4th Saturdays the space is used in the afternoon  by Wake Up
